Dr. Marc Kramer: Chief Veterinarian
Dr. Kramer is a veterinarian of all creatures, specializing in two unique fields: spay & neuter surgery and exotic animal medicine. He loves his work. It shows in his dedication to helping the animals; educating himself in new areas of veterinary medicine; and educating both veterinary students and the public in the care of both domestic and exotic companion animals.
Originally a New Yorker, Dr. Kramer graduated from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. Thereafter, he completed a one-year avian and exotic internship at the Ontario Veterinary College, and since then has been practicing as a vet in Miami, Florida. He has written several veterinary articles on birds, reptiles, and exotic companion mammals, and has lectured both nationally and internationally on veterinary topics. He is currently licensed to practice in six U.S. states and serves as a highly sought-after per diem vet at practices around the country.
In 2007, Dr. Kramer realized the need for low-cost spay and neuter services in South Florida. He intensely trained and mastered the skills necessary to become a high-quality spay/neuter surgeon. His surgical incisions are so small and neat you can barely see them! He is fast, efficient, gentle, and takes all necessary safety measures to ensure a successful outcome with each and every patient. He looks forward to working with both the pets and pet owners of South Florida.
